The roof structure on this high quality 4 bedroom house, built by a much respected award winning house builder in the region, consists of a series of large flat roofs constructed using I-Beams. The client also called upon our Crane Management services to hoist the materials up to the roof level for installation as at the time there was not an on-site crane. The soffit and fascia were also constructed to the architect's design using a timber backing board.
