We also offer a Crane Service lifting service on its own, with on-site qualified lifting personnel at competitive rates.

1st and 2nd Fix Carpentry packages available.
All aspects of Carpentry work undertaken (from 1st and 2nd Fix Carpentry Packages to kitchen installations).

Installation of PVC or timber fascia and soffit.
As part of our package we can supply and fit either timber or uPVC (summit/Swish) soffit and fascia.

PVC rainwater systems calculated, supplied and installed.
We can also offer a supply and fit service for Marshall Tufflex rainwater systems.

Suppliers and fully approved fitters for Swish PVC products.
We have been accredited by Swish Building Products as one of their Approved Fitters. When fitting Swish products there is a 10 year Workmanship Guarantee.

I-joists supplied, and or installed.
As a modern alternative to traditional floor joists, we can supply and install timber I-joists; which virtually eradicates floor movement and its associated problems, resulting in greater floor performance.

With our usage of materials, we can offer highly competitive rates on Timber, I-joists, etc as a “supply only” package.
